Spa Policy

  1. Minimum Service Fee: There is a minimum service fee of $80 for a 45-minute session per client/visit.
  2. Appointments: Organicare Spa's nail technicians work By Appointment Only.
  3. Spa Treatment: It is important to note that our pedicure treatment is not intended to treat or cure any disease or infection. Clients experiencing any nail problems should seek medical attention from a physician as soon as possible. Early treatment may help prevent the progression of a nail disorder.
  4. Shaving and Waxing: Please refrain from shaving or waxing your legs 24 hours before a pedicure, as these practices increase the risk of infection. If you have broken skin or open sores, it is advised not to get a pedicure.
  5. Waterless Pedicure: We exclusively offer waterless pedicures, also known as dry pedicures. This method provides enhanced hygiene, longer-lasting nail polish, prevents skin dehydration, promotes foot health, and is eco-friendly.
  6. Cell Phone Etiquette: To maintain an undisturbed spa experience, kindly switch your cell phone to silent mode and mute email and text message notifications. Cell phone conversations and video playback are not allowed in the spa area. Continued disruptions may result in service pauses or termination.
  7. No Food and Drinks: To uphold hygiene and preserve our facilities, please refrain from consuming food or beverages within the spa area, except for water.
  8. Health Concerns: Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Heavy coughing, sneezing, running nose, high fever, or have bleeding open wounds. Your well-being and the health of our staff and other clients are of utmost importance to us. If necessary, we may have to terminate the service to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
  9. Footwear Policy: For hygiene purposes, please avoid walking barefoot on the spa floor.
  10. Small Groups and Spa Parties: Organicare Spa is not designed to accommodate small groups or spa parties. We strive to provide a tranquil environment for individual relaxation and rejuvenation.
  11. Animals: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we do not allow animals in the spa.
  12. Safety Concerns for Children: Due to limited space and specialized equipment, we regretfully cannot accommodate children in the spa. Please make alternative arrangements for their care during your appointment. Arrival with children may lead to appointment cancellation and a late cancellation fee.
  13. Contagious Skin and Nail Disorders: In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both our spa technicians and clients, Organicare Spa cannot provide services to individuals with highly contagious skin and nail disorders.
  14. Refunds and Transfers: Individual services, promotional services, coupons, sale services, gift certificates, and prepaid packages purchased for yourself or others are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  15. Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or store credit.
  16. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the treatment package or series cost. It is customary to provide a gratuity to the spa technician separately.
  17. Coupons and Promotions: Coupons and promotions cannot be combined with gift cards, packages, or any other offers.
  18. Expiration Dates: All expiration dates are final and cannot be extended, regardless of the situation.
  19. Gift Cards: A gift card can only be used if presented at the time of services. Organicare Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  20. To redeem an e-gift certificate, client must present the redeem number at the spa. If it is a physical gift card, client needs to bring it back to the spa for redemption. It's important to note that gift card cannot be used for purchasing products or as a form of payment for tips.
  21. Service Price Changes: Service prices are subject to change. Please confirm the prices when scheduling your appointment.
  22. Interpretation of Conditions and Policies: Organicare Spa reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation of conditions and policies.
  23. Right to Refuse Service: Organicare Spa reserves the right to refuse service.
  24. Grand Opening Promotion: All services included in the grand opening promotion package are offered on a first-come, first-served basis within the specified expiration date.
  25. Ownership and Publication Rights: We retain the ownership and publication rights to any before and after pictures, videos, and journalĀ  shared by clients. This includes the right to use them for promotional or marketing purposes to showcase our spa services and client experiences.

No Show / Cancellation Policies

  1. Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.
  2. Notice for Cancellation: We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.
  3. Importance of Notice: When you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, it prevents us from filling that appointment time and denies clients on our waiting list the opportunity to receive services.
  4. Cancellation Fee: Since the services are reserved specifically for you, a cancellation fee will apply.
  5. No-shows or Same-day Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations on the same day as the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  6. Late Arrival: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes behind their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule. You may still be required to pay 100% of the reserved service amount.
  7. Change to Single Service: If you change your reserved combo services to a single service without sufficient notice or due to late arrival, you will be charged 50% of the price difference.
  8. Downgrading Reserved Services: If you downgrade your reserved advance services to basic services without sufficient notice or due to late arrival, you will be charged 50% of the price difference.
  9. Appointments Made within 24 Hours: For appointments made within the 24-hour period and subsequently canceled, the client must provide at least a 4-hour notice, or a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be applied.
  10. Package/Series Usage: In the case of a no-show where a package or series was intended to be used, the client will still be required to pay the full amount.
  11. Charges to Gift Certificates and Packages: No-shows and late cancellations will also result in charges to your gift certificates, prepaid packages, promotion packages, or Groupon vouchers at the closing time on the date of the appointment.
  12. Multiple No-shows or Late Cancellations: Clients with a record of more than 2 instance of no-shows or late cancellations will be blocked from the booking system.
